Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all our products. We generally process and ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 14 business days to Europe, USA, Canada & New Zealand, although it can take 21 business days if there are delays or even longer during unprecedented circumstances. Order processing time can be dependent upon several factors:
- Processing time may vary depending on the time of year. Please allow slightly longer during the Holiday Season or during unprecedented circumstances.
- Please allow an additional 3-5 days for orders including printing and/or patches. While most lettering is held in stock, occasionally it will be necessary for us to special order lettering to complete your personalized order, which can take considerably longer.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Yakudatsu ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO
addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Yakudatsu is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Yakudatsu is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
